1. Kingdom Guards – To protect and serve our guest at all times in multiple entities.

2. Audio/Visual – Oversee “Live” operations which include setup and breaking down audio visual equipment use to record the PDY Conference.

3. Children & Youth Ministry (CYM) – Striving to combine kid friendly, faith-base illustrations and activities in a fun, interactive, energetic environment. Workshop content for Tweens & Teens that is relevant and ready to empower this generation.

4. Registration – The responsibly of this position is centered on ensuring that all who attend the conference have a great experience through; ticket purchases for individuals and groups, ticket system management, registration administration and documentation, and on-site admission.

5. Concessions – In charge of establishing sales objectives and handling all sales activities during the PDY Conference. He or she is also responsible for coordinating inventories, and volunteer schedules.

6. Social Media – Will develop, coordinate and implement communication projects to support the Advertising and Marketing Manager on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.

7. Parking – is responsible for parking in all venues associated with the PDY Conference to include but not limited to; VIP Parking, Vendor and Media Parking, Handicap Parking and Group/Individual Parking. This individual will ensure that directional signage is requested and posted.

8. Event Staff – Create a welcoming environment, give direction to and monitor the entrance of guests at all PDY Conference venues. Assist with crowd control and check badges.

9. Facilities – Move in & Move out Logistics and processes.

10. VIP’s –  Oversee special guest artist which include itineraries, lodging, and schedule.

11. Information Technology – Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and network within the PDY Conference in a technical support.
