Bishop Charles Mellette is the founder and senior pastor of Christian Provision Ministries, Inc. in Sanford, NC and the Chairman of Positive Direction for Youth (PDY). With a heart for the needs of the community, he is committed to the task of “Changing Lives and Building Communities.”
Radio host, comedian, producer, speaker, and minister Willie Moore, Jr. is a visionary who is determined to make a positive mark through music, media, and family entertainment. He has impacted many through his media channels partnering with great ministries across the country. He's the co-host of “The Praise Mixdown” – a gospel show.
Jeffrey Sawyer, creator of Never 2 Fly 2 Pray saw a gap in the retail market for quality clothing and the need to harvest uniqueness through positive images, particularly on his college campus. He bridged the gap by filling a need for fashion and style with positive phrases like Never 2 Fly 2 Pray. He has since developed a nationally recognizable brand.
Henry is the CEO and founder of Unapologetic Urban Gear, a urban clothing brand based out of Atlanta GA. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2009 with Z180Radio and grew into other businesses. PDY will be rescheduled to a later date within 8 weeks of the original date.
PDY is a youth/family conference designed for the entire family, pastors and youth leaders. If you have a child that is under the age of 4 years old, the child must remain with an adult at all times. Childcare will not be provided for children under the age of 4.
PDY will be held in Fayetteville, NC. On Friday evening, the PDY G.L.O.W. Run/Walk event will be held at Festival Park. On Saturday, all workshops sessions and concert will be held at Fayetteville State University.
